The Danish Villa Resort - Arugam Bay

I recently stayed at a hotel in Arugam Bay and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach but not right on it, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms, which had a lovely view of the peaceful garden, were clean and comfortable. And let's not forget the breakfast - the bread was absolutely delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Arugam Bay. the location was fantastic. It's very close to the beach, just a short stroll away, which made it convenient for me to enjoy the sun and sand. The peaceful garden surrounding the hotel was also a lovely touch, providing a tranquil atmosphere to relax in. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat with delicious bread that was hard to resist.

I couldn't find fault with this hotel. Everything was ok.

The hotel was not bad, we really enjoyed the fact that it was located near the beach and had a beautiful garden that we could relax in. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast they provided was delicious. We also appreciated that they offered tours and trips that we could take advantage of during our stay.

The staff did not seem very welcoming and we did not feel that they cared about our stay. We had an issue with our reservation and instead of trying to help us resolve it, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

Very close to the beach, just a short walk away. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and quiet location

The Danish Villa was fantastic value for money. The prices for both the accommodation and breakfast were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms and the peaceful garden setting. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the main road, but still very close to the beach. We loved relaxing on the terrace surrounded by the beautiful gardens, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread that was just so good!

All was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more.

Had an amazing Easter vacation at a lovely villa in a great location. the villa was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. the beach was just a stone's throw away from the villa, making it easy to spend our days there. It was also conveniently located near great restaurants and shops, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine.

There were some problems with the bathroom, such as a leaking faucet and an inadequate shower.
